Introduction and General Terms
This web site www.NewCitiesHotels.com is exclusively
owned and operated by myself Michael Shield. A web site in the
NewCitiesHotels Reservation Finders series, a collection of
web sites which are also owned and operated by Michael
Shield.
The mission statement of www.NewCitiesHotels.com is to provide
information on Hotels, Lodgings, Vacation Packages and other
relevant visitor guidance. Hotel bookings and Vacation Packages
are accomplished by it's exclusive affiliation partner IAN.com.
This agreement has been in place since November 2004.
The NewCitiesHotels Reservation Finders are a series of web
sites which are designed to offer users Worldwide Hotel and
Vacation Package information with all bookings exclusively
accomplished by IAN.com. The web sites are extensively linked
together to allow users to find hotel and vacation package
information in multi destinations. Returning users can choose new
destinations and book hotels safe in the knowledge that it will
be accomplished by the same providers as their previous
bookings.
The Privacy Policy Is Set Out In Two Parts
When users arrive on the www.NewCitiesHotels.com web
site the privacy policy is as set out in part 1.
When users make a booking or communicate with IAN.com the privacy
policy is as set out in parts 2A.

What Information Does www.NewCitiesHotels.com Collect
User information is not collected at this time,
so we have none of your personally identifiable information.
Users cannot register their details for newsletters, surveys,
competitions or marketing databases as none of these exist.
Information That You Provide If You Send Us An e-mail
As stated previously the web site
www.NewCitiesHotels.com does not collect personally identifiable
information, but if you send us an e-mail and include personally
identifiable information including your e-mail address, we will
not sell, trade, disclose or transfer this to any third parties.
We may release your information when we believe release is
appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or
protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety. We will not
store this information on any database or send marketing messages
to you, but we will reply to your e-mail if appropriate.
Booking Reports Information
I Michael Shield owner of www.NewCitiesHotels.com
have access to booking reports from IAN.com. These reports are
protected by password and no other persons have any access
whatsoever. The information contained in these reports is a
follows.
Itinerary number, date of booking, date of arrival, date of
departure, your e-mail address, your name, your location town and
city only, hotel chain, hotel name, hotel id number, cost of your
booking.
Information which is NOT contained on these reports is as
follows.
Credit or debit card details, date of birth, details of other
members in your party, your actual address, phone number, fax
number.
The information on these reports is not copied by myself or
stored on any database. I will not disclose this information to
any third party whatsoever and will keep it private at all times.
I will not use this information for any marketing programmes or
to send you e-mails.
Log Files
Like many other Web sites, www.NewCitiesHotels.com
makes use of log files. The information inside the log files
includes internet protocol ( IP ) addresses, type of browser,
Internet Service Provider ( ISP ), date/time stamp,
referring/exit pages, and number of clicks to analyze trends,
administer the site, track user’s movement around the site,
and gather demographic information. IP addresses, and other such
information are not linked to any information that is personally
identifiable.
